Anchoring Information:
All anchoring is made to be maintenance free to the home owner.

1.Cable and Counter weights use 1/2 inch cable and 2000 lbs weights to secure the dock. Docks flow in and out with water level with little to no assist from the home owner. To be used when lake fluctuates 20-30+ ft. and floatation placement is a key ingredient for dock movement. This will change depending on geographical variable. To be used on personal docks only.

2. Hybrid fixed-floating uses a 6" round x 1/4" x 10 ft long sleeve that is attached in the corner and ends of the fingers of the docks. A second round post 5 3/4 inch x 20 ft long is dropped inside the sleeve and drove into the lake floor. The sleeve runs up and down on the 20 ft spud pole. The measurement can vary of the spud pole depending on the depth of the water and amount of fluctuation. All materials used are galvanized and no less then 1/4 inch think. This system is used for commercial as well as personal docks on lake that fluctuate 0-20+ ft. floatation is used to assist the docks sliding on the sleeves and a 70 percent coverage is always used under the docks. There are several options available to decrease the movement due to high traffic areas.

3. Fixed Docks use the same set up as above but the sleeve is shortened and the two piece mount is now one piece. There are twice as many of these mounting points throughout the dock. floatation is removed from under the truss frames and the docks is set to the height of the floatation. This is used for personal docks only, and on lakes with little to no water fluctuation.

4. Winches and Stands use a heavy corner brace system same as the hybrid and fixed. Difference is no sleeve just and heavy winch stand on top and under water cable guide to protect cable and boats from damage. 1/2- 3/4 inch cable can be used and winch size will varies depending on the cable size. Anchors will varied in size number and placement depending on geographical variable. This is to be used on commercial only and is the only system that needs to be monitored year round. This is to be used on docks with 0-30 ft fluctuation. Benefit of this system as well is the docks are anchored to the bottom of the lake and even in high traffic areas there is no movement of the dock it is seated to the water and has no movement.
